GENERAL RULES;
- This site is PG-13 with the possibility of blood, violence, and cursing at any time. Though regulation is enforced, please be advised.
- No harassment, impersonation, cruelty, or disrespect will be tolerated period.
- Follow general etiquette about mary-sues, godmoding, drama, murder and everything else that ticks people off. Be polite, respectful, and a joy to write with!
- Anything graphic (keep to minimum) and mark with an 'R' or 'M' in the title please. Lets try to keep it as close to PG-13 as we can get.
- One character per account, with the account in the character's FULL FIRST AND LAST NAME please. Unlimited accounts, no balance to humans or shifters, just keep everyone active.
CHARACTERS AND POSTING;
- Shifters can free shift at any time. They may change into one animal who may not be mythical, extinct, or modified. No powers. A real. Honest to goodness. Legitimate. Animal. Hybrids are allowed if they actually EXIST.
- When shifting from an animal to a human, clothes do not appear. Likewise, When a human shifts, their clothes stay around them (I.E. falling off, ripping or otherwise not disappearing).
- Humans cannot become shifters. No were-people here.
- On reproducing: If two shifters breed, they're probably going to get another shifter. The staff will pick the gender, and if a male it will match to the father's shift (can be different subspecie however) and if a female, to the mother's shift with the same concept. This might change, as of now, this is how it stands. Humans and shifters crossing end up with a 50/50.
- Minimum post is 200 words. Easy. Impress us with more.
- Grammar is important, and third person, liquid time (meaning your character can be in multiple post at once) is how we do things around here!
SITE PLOT RULES;
- Aristocracy and Hunters don't have to be cruel, Shifters don't have to be rebels, its just how the game is laid out.
- Hunters aren't always humans- shifters can be hunters just as well. That's up to you.
- Aristocracy is achieved by being born into, or marrying one of the elite families. There are canon families, so make sure you pick a relationship that functions within the plot boundaries. Ask staff for details.
- Rebels have a hard time getting to the Aristocracy because of incredible security and futuristic technology. Consider that.
- Strays- or unaffiliated shifters as most will be- typically try to keep neutral and out of the spotlight. They want to pass as normal humans as much as possible.
- Shifters heal quickly unless the damage is severe.
- If you want to start a new group besides the rebels, hunters, or aristocracy- go for it. Just double check it with a staff member, but get creative!
Rules are subject to modification at any point.
